Yes. I offer tax preparation for both individuals and businesses. I'm an IRS-authorized tax preparer with an active PTIN — meaning I am legally authorized to prepare and file federal tax returns on your behalf. Services include individual 1040 returns, business returns for LLCs and S-Corps, Schedule C, Schedule E for rental income, and 1099 filing. Tax preparation is included in the Growth and Advisory plans and available as a standalone add-on for all other clients.

I primarily work with QuickBooks Online — I'm a certified QBO ProAdvisor. Depending on your needs I also work with Gusto for payroll and other modern cloud-based tools to build a complete financial system tailored to your business. I can also assist with software setup, cleanup, and migration support when needed.

Most clients are fully onboarded within 3 to 5 business days after signing the agreement and completing the onboarding questionnaire. I'll connect your accounts, set up or review your QBO, and begin reconciling from there. I aim to make the process organized, secure, and as stress-free as possible.

Communication frequency depends on your service plan and business needs, but I believe responsive communication and consistent support are essential. All clients receive ongoing access for questions, updates, and financial discussions throughout the engagement. Growth and Advisory clients have scheduled quarterly or monthly calls built into their plans.
